  An opportunity for you to join golfers, networking opportunity over dinner while enjoying the award ceremony and highlights of the day with sponsors and participants.
• Foursomes Member Price – $1,000.00
  Foursomes is a four-person golfers. Please provide your and your three (3) guests’ contact info.
• Foursomes Non-Member Price – $1,200.00
  Foursomes is a four-person golfers. Please provide your and your three (3) guests’ contact info.
• Single Member Price – $250.00
  One golfer with membership discount
• Single None-Member Price – $300.00
  One golfer without membership
